Hi! My name is Mayan Raika, and I'm a student of Jayshree Periwal International School in Jaipur, currently in 11th grade. I've always been someone who enjoys logical thinking — whether it's solving a tricky math problem, cracking a puzzle, or just finding a smarter way to do everyday things.
Outside of academics, I stay active. I live in Chhattisgarh, and I love playing tennis, swimming, and more recently, I've started playing pickleball too. Sports keep me focused and teach me discipline — something I try to bring into every project I take up.
Why I Started The Tiffin Project
The idea for The Tiffin Project came from something I noticed around me. In Chhattisgarh, I saw that many people — especially students and workers — struggled to get access to affordable, healthy, and reliable meals every day. Some didn't have time to cook, others didn't have the resources.
That's when I asked myself: Can I solve this problem using logic?
And that's how The Tiffin Project was born — a simple yet powerful idea to connect people who need fresh meals with those who can provide them. It's not just a food delivery idea; it's a way to support local cooks, provide consistent nutrition, and apply smart systems to solve a real need.
What This Website Offers
On this website, you'll find:
- The story behind The Tiffin Project
- How I plan to use formulas, matching logic, and scheduling models to make this work
- Opportunities for people to join the network — either to provide tiffins or receive them
- My updates as the project grows
This project means a lot to me — not just because it solves a problem, but because it proves that even as students, we can think logically, act boldly, and build something real.
Thanks for visiting,
– Mayan Raika
