🌱 Green Day Nutrition Drive – Growing Health, Growing Hope 🌱
On the occasion of Green Day, our nutrition drive took a beautiful turn towards nature. Instead of only speaking about healthy food, we chose to plant it.
We planted a mango tree, jackfruit tree, amla tree, and wood apple tree in the school premises — trees that will one day bear fruits rich in vitamins, minerals, and natural nourishment.
We shared a simple thought with the children:
Just like a tree needs sunlight, water, soil, air, and care to grow strong and tall, we too need proper nutrition to grow healthy and strong.
Our nutrition comes from:
- Fresh fruits and vegetables
- Grains like wheat and rice
- Pulses and legumes
- Nuts and seeds
- Milk and other wholesome foods
- A tree that is nourished well gives shade, fruits, and life.
A child who is nourished well grows with strength, confidence, and potential.
This Green Day, we didn't just plant trees — we planted awareness about the importance of nutrition and sustainable living. 🌿 Small steps today, healthier generations tomorrow.
